Experience: 1-3 Years in IT Industry
Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bavla
Installation & Troubleshooting of PC / Laptop and workstation (WS) for the users; the installation of the PC/WS will include Windows package following as per Client standards and procedures, as well as business applications if required, following Client standards and procedures;
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Office 365
Troubleshooting on PC, Laptop, WS in case of incidents raised: could be hardware troubleshooting and replacement, as well as software troubleshooting and installation
Reporting weekly to Client Manager in charge of the Frontend perimeter on the activity.
Communicate issues, escalate issues to the Client Lead/Manager when occurs.
Maintain inventory of all PC/Workstations/Laptops.
Maintain network servers such as file servers and active directory servers, DNS, DHCP and intrusion detection systems. Troubleshoot outlook issues
Ensure all the printers are working fine, change the cartridge whenever required, in case of problems call vendor for support.
First Level support for VOIP and Video conference users whenever required.
ISP, Vendor Coordination/ Following up with Vendors for Call Resolution.
Knowledge of applicable Data security practices
