Requirement:

Create SOW, Plan, Risk assessment and Manage small to medium sized project.

Implementation & Transition management.

Small to medium size team handling.

Configure & manage ITIL Service operation process and work flow design/automation (Service request, Incident Management, Problem Management, & Change Management)

Configure & manage, critical business service, Network, & performance monitoring for critical devices.

Set benchmark parameters for end point device automation as per business case and requirement.

Hardware asset & inventory management.

Software asset & inventory management.

Service Desk Implementation

Windows Patch management, creator update and Security patches from medium to large network.

Added Advantage- KASEYA VSA & Service Desk implementation
