Expertise on Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 Active Directory concepts, architecture and troubleshooting,

Experience on Forest and Domain Level and Structure & Organizational Unit Structure

Experience on Sites Configuration and Costing

Experience on the Trust between the domains and Configurations

Experience on the FSMO Roles and Role Holders

Experience on AD Replication Settings and Schedules

Experience on DNS Architecture, Zone Creation & Scope & DNS Caching & Scavenging

Experience on GPO Architecture, Domain Controller Policies & GPO Scope

Experience on Time Service Architecture & Time Sync Schedules & Hierarchy

Microsoft IIS administration and configuration

Managing in excess of 10 Windows Server infrastructure

Managing server visualization technologies like VM Ware Server/ESX or Microsoft Hyper-V/Virtual Server

A solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking

LAN Routing and Switching design, configuration and troubleshooting (VLANs, IP Sub netting)

Experience on Windows Patch deployment , Handle L1, L2 escalation calls
