Noventiq ValuePoint achieves four Red Hat Technical Delivery Partner specializations

Bengaluru, India – Noventiq ValuePoint has been named a Red Hat Premier Partner for Server/Cloud OS. That makes it our fourth Technical Delivery Partner specialization, alongside Virtualization, Container Management and Mission-Critical Automation.

Red Hat specializations are awarded after a review of training credentials, certifications and validated service delivery. For customers, this means one partner can design, implement and support the full Red Hat stack: Red Hat Enterprise Linux, OpenShift Virtualization, OpenShift and Ansible Automation Platform.

Why this matters now: a market at an inflection point

The announcement lands as enterprise infrastructure faces a defining shift. For years, traditional virtualization was the unquestioned bedrock of corporate IT. Industry consolidation, changing licensing structures and the urgent demand for AI integration have forced technology leaders to reopen their long-term roadmaps.

The pressure is both commercial and strategic. Licensing costs on legacy virtualization platforms have risen sharply — by as much as three times in some cases — while the architecture itself increasingly holds back innovation at precisely the moment organisations are moving to invest in AI.

Many organisations find themselves in a siloed operating model: maintaining heavy legacy virtual machines on one side while building modern, cloud-native container environments on the other. That fragmentation raises capital expenditure, multiplies security overhead and slows application deployment.

A complete, audited foundation for open hybrid cloud and AI

As the open hybrid cloud technology leader — now extended to AI — Red Hat provides a trusted, consistent foundation from datacenter to edge, connecting AI agents, cloud-native applications and legacy systems.

The four specializations validate that Noventiq ValuePoint’s engineering teams can architect, implement, configure and manage every layer of that stack. Each addresses a distinct architectural priority that enterprise decision-makers are weighing today

  • Server/Cloud OS — Decision-makers are prioritising hardened, curated and compliant software stacks with continuous security patching, clear lifecycle policies and strict access governance for mission-critical workloads
  • Virtualization — The capability to migrate legacy VM estates onto a single unified platform where traditional virtual machines and containers run side by side, rather than on two separately managed platforms.
  • Container Management — Standardising the application stack so organisations can dynamically allocate GPU compute, auto-scale microservices and sustain performance without runaway infrastructure cost.
  • Mission-Critical Automation — Eliminating operational silos to guarantee configuration consistency and reduce manual overhead across complex hybrid estates.

Held together, the four specializations mean customers work with one accountable team across their operating system, virtualization, container and automation layers — rather than integrating the work of multiple specialist vendors.

The execution gaps the accreditation addresses

Red Hat’s TDP programme assesses delivery capability in production environments, not product knowledge. The distinction matters because the software platform provides the capability, while the partner determines whether it is realised.

Noventiq ValuePoint’s accreditation is underpinned by a specialist bench of Red Hat-certified professionals, including Red Hat Certified Architects, Certified Engineers, and named specialists in OpenShift Virtualization, OpenShift AI, multi-cluster management, containers and Ansible automation. The company also operates an in-house Red Hat lab for validating customer use cases and conducting proof-of-concept deployments on-premise or in the cloud.

Proven at scale

The milestone is backed by real outcomes. For a leading Indian private-sector bank, Noventiq ValuePoint expanded into a five-year Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization program, replacing VMware across its primary and disaster-recovery data centres with enterprise-grade DC-DR and Ansible automation.

That engagement forms part of a wider delivery record of more than 4,000 virtual machines migrated across three major deployments spanning the government, healthcare and banking sectors — including a state government IT entity that moved 2,000+ VMs to OpenShift Virtualization, and India’s largest hospital chain, which migrated 1,000+ VMs alongside a centralised API management layer.

Extending the foundation to AI

The same platform layer increasingly serves as the control point for enterprise AI. Noventiq ValuePoint helps organisations operationalise AI through Red Hat’s ecosystem — including OpenShift AI, RHEL AI and Red Hat Inference Server — covering MLOps automation, model serving and inference, data science workspaces, and enterprise-grade governance across the model lifecycle.

The practical result is that the foundation running an organisation’s virtual machines today is the same one that supports production AI workloads tomorrow, without a separate platform investment.

Noventiq ValuePoint has been an Advanced Tier Red Hat partner for over a decade and was named Red Hat CY23 Rising Star of the Year at Red Hat Summit Connect.
