Noventiq Welcomes Value Point to the Family
RS Shanbhag and Sampath Kumar HR, the two stalwarts whose excellent rapport laid the firm foundation for this company, inaugurated the event together with Vinod Nair from Noventiq, Balasubramanian from UTC and Kopal Sarin Raj from Wabtec. In the CEO address, RS Shanbhag formally announced Value Point’s acquisition by Noventiq. Vinod Nair, Country Head and CEO of Noventiq India responded by presenting an exquisite gift to RS Shanbhag and team in acknowledgement of Value Point’s remarkable achievements. Displaying congratulatory messages from both the CEO, Sergey Chernovolenko and the COO, Herve Tessler of Noventiq, he warmly welcomed Value Point into the Noventiq family.
